We offer free standard delivery within the UK on all orders over £100.

If your country is not listed at checkout, please email us at hello@folpetto.com before placing your order. We’ll be happy to provide up-to-date shipping rates and availability.

For orders delivered outside the UK, please be aware that customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, and we are unable to cover or refund them.

Customs policies vary by destination, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for guidance before placing your order.

Folpetto is not responsible for any delays resulting from customs processing or for any taxes charged. If you return an item that incurred duties or taxes, you will need to apply directly for a refund through your local customs authority.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• New, unworn, and unwashed
• In their original packaging
• Free of damage, marks, or alterations

To start a return, please email us at hello@folpetto.com with your invoice number, item details, and the reason for return.

Kindly return your item(s) in their original condition and packaging, along with our return form (download below). We strongly recommend using a tracked or registered delivery service and retaining proof of postage.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (minus any original postage fees) within 28 days of receiving your returned item(s).

Want to exchange? You can swap for a different item of the same or higher value — we’ll simply ask you to pay the difference.
