Stock permitting, we aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days upon receipt of payment, Monday-Friday. Please note we are not able to deliver items to hotels, camping grounds and PO Box Address.

Please note that orders placed on the weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We offer free delivery within the UK when you spend £75 or more

If the country you would like your order to be shipped to is not in the drop-down menu, please contact us via email at hello@folpetto.com">hello@folpetto.com prior to making your purchase and we will provide up to date shipping costs for your order.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance.

Please note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

Parcels are dispatched Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm and will require a signature upon delivery. This does not apply to bank holidays. Please kindly ensure that there will be someone available to sign for your parcel at the delivery address.

In the event no one is available to sign, a card will be left for you with the relevant information. 

Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address.

We can ship to any countries, but if your country is not listed in the drop-down menu, please contact us via email at hello@folpetto.com prior to making your purchase and we will provide up to date shipping costs for your order.

Your order is packed in tissue paper and sent in a secure opaque white envelope. Wrapping is kept as light and as eco-friendly as possible in order to reduce shipping costs and have as little impact on the environment as possible.
